Hebrews: Jesus the Greater Example || Ps. Aaron Frost

December 7, 2025
Yesterday’s message, shared by Ps. Aaron, centred on Hebrews 12:1–3 and reminded us that the Christian life is a race requiring endurance, intentionality, and unwavering focus. We were encouraged to identify the things that so easily entangle our walk with God — distractions, sin, discouragement, and the everyday weights we carry — and to lay them aside so we can run with freedom. Ps. Aaron highlighted how Scripture calls us to fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. As we look to Him daily through prayer, Scripture, worship, and obedience, we anchor our hearts in the One who sets our path and strengthens us to persevere. Hebrews 12 also points us to Jesus’ endurance on the cross — not only as an act of love, but as our ultimate example in suffering. His perseverance teaches us to hold steady, stay faithful, and keep running even when the race feels long. This message was a call to run with focus, to resist the weights that slow us down, and to follow Jesus with renewed determination.
