Newlife Church is seeking a passionate and organised Production Coordinator to oversee the technical excellence of our Sunday services, both in-room and online. This part-time role (2 days per week) is ideal for a committed follower of Jesus who thrives in dynamic environments and loves empowering others.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee all Sunday production elements, including audio, lighting, visuals, and livestream.

·       Lead, roster, and develop a team of volunteers, fostering a positive and servant-hearted culture.

·       Maintain production equipment and ensure all systems are operational.

·       Support mid-week technical needs for events and ministries as required.

·       Advise on venue hire and external contractor requirements.

About You:

·       Proven experience leading and motivating volunteer teams.

·       Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills.

·       Strong technical knowledge of audio/visual systems.

·       A proactive, team-oriented self-starter.

·       Willingness to become an active member of Newlife and embrace our vision and values.
