Kidzlife Coordinator
Description
This role is ideal for a relational, organised leader who loves Jesus, loves the local church, and loves seeing children grow in faith.
Reporting to the Children’s Pastor, you will coordinate our Sunday children’s gatherings for kids aged approximately 18 months to 10–11 years. The role includes regular communication with volunteers (messaging, email, pre-service meetings) and contributing to the broader ministry life and strategy of Newlife Church. You will model professionalism and positive Christian character, and align with the mission, values and ethos of both Newlife Church and the Uniting Church in Australia.
We are looking for someone with experience working with children (ideally in a ministry context), strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams. Tertiary studies in Ministry,Theology, Divinity or Education are not essential but may be an advantage. A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check), driver’s licence and the right to work in Australia are required.
