Newlife Brisbane Church is seeking a passionate and visionary Children’s Ministry Coordinator to lead and grow our children’s ministry. This part-time role (15.2 hours/week: Sundays and Tuesdays) is perfect for someone with a heart for discipling children, empowering volunteers, and building strong family connections within our church community.

Key responsibilities include coordinating dynamic children’s programs, recruiting and developing volunteer teams, ensuring compliance withSafe Ministry requirements, and fostering an environment where children can encounter Jesus in creative and engaging ways. You’ll collaborate closely with the Lead and Associate Pastors and other ministry teams to implement curriculum, connect with new families, and drive continuous improvement in our ministries.

We’re looking for a person with experience in a faith-based organisation, with proven experience in children’s or youth ministry, strong leadership and communication skills, and a servant-hearted approach. Relevant qualifications in ministry or chaplaincy are highly regarded.
