We're looking for a compassionate andcapable Community Care Link Worker to join our growing Community Care team.

Working alongside our Community CareCoordinator, you'll support people experiencing life's challenges by providing practical support, encouragement, community connection and pathways into local services. Rather than long-term case management, this role focuses on walking alongside people, helping them build confidence, strengthen relationships and reconnect with community.

·     Has experience in social work,community services, nursing, human services or community development.

·     Enjoys building genuine relationships and empowering people.

·     Believes connection andbelonging are essential to wellbeing.

·     Is looking for meaningful part-time work that fits around family, semi-retirement or other commitments.

·     Wants to be part of anorganisation making a real difference in local communities.

·     Has a personal Christian faith that motivates their desire to love and serve others and is committed to the mission and values of Newlife Church.

·     Supporting people through brief interventions and practical assistance.

·     Connecting people with local services, community groups and volunteers.

·     Building pathways through social prescribing and compassionate community approaches.

·     Working collaboratively withour Community Care team and community partners.

·     Helping people move fromisolation toward connection and hope.
