Newlife Coolangatta Church is seeking a passionate and visionary Children’s & Youth Ministry Coordinator to lead and grow our children’s and youth ministry.

This part-time role (15.2 hours/week: Sundays and Tuesdays) is perfect for someone with a heart for discipling children and youth, empowering volunteers, and building strong family connections within our church community.

‍

Key responsibilities include coordinating dynamic children’s and youth programs, recruiting and developing volunteer teams, ensuring compliance with Safe Ministry requirements, and fostering an environment where children and youth can encounter Jesus in creative and engaging ways.

‍

You’ll collaborate closely with the Lead and Associate Pastors and other ministry teams to implement curriculum, connect with new families, and drive continuous improvement in our ministries.

‍

We’re looking for a person with experience in a faith-based organisation, with proven experience in children’s or youth ministry, strong leadership and communication skills, and a servant-hearted approach. Relevant qualifications in ministry or chaplaincy are highly regarded.
