We have an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant café at Newlife Church. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Café Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our the café.

In this hands-on role, you'll support the Café Manager with food preparation, kitchen operations, customer service, cleaning and hygiene standards, and team coordination to help create a welcoming and efficient café environment.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a café, hospitality, or food service environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a small team
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service
