Newlife Church is seeking a creative and passionate Video Content Coordinator to join our team in Robina, QLD. In this permanent part-time role, you will help tell the story of what God is doing in and through Newlife by producing high-quality, inspiring video content for our church community and digital platforms.

Working closely with the Creative Pastor and the Communications Team, you will plan, film, edit, and produce compelling videos—from testimonies and vision pieces to Sunday messages and social media content. You’ll oversee the full production workflow, manage digital assets, and innovate new ways to communicate the gospel through short-form and long-form video.

You’ll also recruit and mentor a team of volunteer storytellers, ensuring our video presence is consistent, Christ-centred, and engaging across YouTube, social media, podcasts, and Church Online.

The ideal candidate is a team player with proven video content production skills (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent), strong communication, and a heart for ministry. Experience in leading creative teams and a commitment to Newlife’s vision are highly valued.
