Are you passionate about creating welcoming, engaging worship experiences? Newlife Church Robina is seeking a proactive and organised Services Coordinator to ensure our Sunday services run smoothly from start to finish.

About the Role:
This part-time (2.5 days/week, June–September 2025) position is operational and administrative, working closely with our Worship Team, ministry team, and dedicated volunteers. You’ll coordinate service logistics, manage volunteer rosters, prepare for communion and special events, and ensure clear communication across teams. Your leadership will help foster a caring, effective volunteer culture and support our church’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Plan, implement and evaluate Sunday services with the Worship Team

·       Create and manage volunteer rosters and onboarding

·       Oversee Sunday logistics, including communion and baptisms

·       Communicate weekly service requirements to the ministry team

About You:
You are an excellent organiser, and a natural team-builder with strong communication skills. You thrive in dynamic environments, have experience with volunteer coordination and are ready to contribute to NewLife’s vision. Experience within a faith-based organisation is highly valued.
