Newlife Church is seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee the strategic maintenance, safety, and development of our multi-site facilities across South-East Queensland. This part-time role (3 days per week, flexible across 5 days) is primarily based at Robina, with travel to other sites as needed.

You will lead property maintenance, renovations, and capital works, ensuring all buildings are safe, compliant, and support our mission. Key responsibilities include managing contractors, overseeing insurance and compliance, supporting IT infrastructure, and contributing to long-term property planning. You’ll work closely with church leaders, staff, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

We’re looking for candidates with relevant qualifications in property, construction, or facilities management, and proven experience managing multi-site portfolios—ideally in a not-for-profit, faith-based, or community setting. Strong organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential. A current Blue Card, driver’s licence, and right to work in Australia are required.
