Description

Newlife Church is seeking a passionate and experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, temporary contract. This role is central to supporting our staff and leaders across the Newlife family of churches, ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes and fostering a healthy, Christ-centered workplace culture.

You will work closely with the Executive Pastor and leadership team, managing recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance reviews, and compliance. You’ll coordinate communication, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with our HR consultancy partner to ensure best practice in people management.

The ideal candidate is a HR professional who demonstrates humility, emotional intelligence, a servant heart, and is committed to supporting Newlife’s vision. You’ll bring a degree in HR or a related field, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proven ability to motivate and support teams. Experience within a faith-based organisation is highly valued.
