We’re looking for a creative leader to join the Crossroads team—someone who can build and lead teams, spark belonging through worship and media, and create spaces where people with disabilities encounter God in ways that are real, raw, and powerful.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction of Crossroads gatherings, including worship, storytelling, and media.
• Plan and coordinate accessible, engaging worship experiences in collaboration with the broader Crossroads team.
• Recruit, empower and support volunteers to serve across worship, production, and creative arts.
• Curate creative content and visual storytelling that reflects the diversity and depth of the Crossroads community.
• Ensure worship and media spaces are inclusive and welcoming for people of all abilities.
• Assist with event planning, promotion, and coordination where creative input is required.

Key Attributes and Skills

• A strong personal faith and a heart for inclusive ministry.
• Experience in creative ministry (e.g. worship leading, visual arts, video production, storytelling, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across diverse teams.
• Confidence in leading and empowering volunteers.
• An understanding of (or willingness to learn about) disability inclusion in church contexts.
