Newlife Family of Churches is seeking a full-time professional to join our executive leadership team, working closely with the lead minister to guide our central operations and strategic direction. We are hiring one individual who will excel in either the Executive Pastor or Director of Operations role, based on their unique skills, experience, and calling.

Role Overview:

Executive Pastor: This role integrates pastoral leadership with operational oversight, focusing on spiritual care and administrative management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative capabilities and a genuine commitment to pastoral leadership, guiding the staff and operational functions while nurturing the spiritual growth and vision of our church family.

Director of Operations: This role is centered on executive leadership with a focus on the operational aspects of the church, including administration, finance, and strategic execution. We seek a candidate with robust operational management skills to ensure the church’s efficiency and alignment with our strategic goals.

Our dual-role approach allows us to find the best-fit candidate whose strengths and passions align with our needs. This flexible approach ensures that we hire a leader capable of advancing the Newlife Family of Churches' growth and vision.
