Join us for "a time to play" and help us to raise much-needed funds for the work of Newlife Care in our local community. We endeavour to empowering local people for local good. You will also have the chance to win some great prizes in the competition and to purchase some fantastic items in our silent auction. Proceeds from the day will benefit our disability program "Crossroads", in particular those participants who are not eligible for NDIS, aged care or other disability support. Our sponsorship programs ensures access to program participation for this group of people with a disability, while also providing the opportunity for subsidised fees for other participants who otherwise would not be able to afford attending Crossroads.

The golf day is to be held on Friday, 7 July 2023 at Lakelands Golf Club, 100 Lakelands Drive, Merrimac.
Arrive at 11.00 am for registration and a light lunch and a 12.00 pm shotgun tee off to enjoy 18 holes of golf in an electric golf cart.

INVESTMENT OVERVIEW

Individuals
$120 per person - includes green fees for 18 holes of golf, electric golf cart, sponsor bag, light lunch of sandwiches and tea or coffee to start, a BBQ dinner after the game, a chance to win some awesome prizes, participation in a silent auction for more golf and holiday options (plus more).
The fee icludes a $21 tax deductible component.

Corporate Hole Sponsors
$1,100 (inc GST) including 4 players, corporate presence on one golf hole and provide a gift or handout for the sponsor bag to be given to each player.

Prize Donations
Any donations are welcome for the various winners, the silent auction or the lucky door prize.

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER

The fee per player is $120 (or book a group of 4 players for $480) and includes:

• A game of Golf (18 holes) with cart (two players per cart)
• A light lunch of sandwiches and tea or coffee to start
• A chance to win some great prizes
• Participation in a silent auction for more golf and holiday options (plus more)
• A BBQ buffet dinner after the game
• A gift bag
• The chance to support a great charity

SPONSORSHIP

Take up the opportunity to invest in the Corporate Hole Sponsorship for $1,000 (plus GST) and for that you will receive:

• A team of 4 players - each player will receive light lunch of sandwiches and tea or coffee, a game of golf with golf cart (two players per cart), a BBQ dinner and a chance to win some great prizes
• Presence on one golf hole
• Presence at the registration and presentation areas
• Publicity on the event program and at the presentation of prizes on the day
• Opportunity to provide a gift or handout for the sponsor bag to be given to each player

The investment will provide the opportunity for a display on a nominated golf hole on the golf course on the day - for example

• A static or manned display/marquee
• A banner or sign
• Promotional material/stock samples/a competition
